Using only 100% high grown and carefully selected Arabica beans such as Colombia, Kenya, Indian Coorg, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Salvador, Santos Fancy etc, produces a slow roasted blend which reduces the tannic acid resulting in a blend that is a little darker than your normal coffees. This produces a richer and smoother tasting coffee that customers keep coming back for. The green beans are carefully selected, blended meticulously and roasted in the best Viennese tradition (a tradition which dates back over 300 years).
